Who Can Apply?

• Age: Under 40 years.

• Education: Hold a PhD in Civil Engineering.

• Research: Minimum of 10 years of research experience.

• Publications: At least 5 papers published in reputable journals in the last 3 years.

• Commitment: Dedicate time and effort to support the journal`s growth.

• Leadership: Proven experience in leading research projects.

 
Your Role as a Young Editor

• Handle the peer review process for submitted manuscripts.

• Submit at least 2 high-quality papers to TJCE during your two-year term.

• Attend Editorial Board Meetings (mostly online).

• Actively promote TJCE at academic events and via social media.

Outstanding Young Editors may later be invited to join the Editorial Board.
